Hello! My name is Lyana, I am the owner and soul behind The Luxe Lab It is a pleasure to engage with others while I enhance and amplify the unique beauty of each one of my clients. My passion for Eyelash Extensions started in 2016. After spending much time exploring career paths, I advanced my skills and passion for all things Skin Care, which led me to becoming a Licensed Esthetician in 2023. My passion for enhancing beauty led me to explore many other practices that I enjoy and love making people feel good about. I hope you enjoy all I have to offer, and share the experience with others! Late Policy: Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will need to book for another day. Payment Policy: Clients are able to reserve their appointment on the website without sending a deposit through the site- HOWEVER it is the clients responsibility to send their $20 non-refundable deposit to our CashApp or Zelle. After booking your appointment (be sure to include your phone number and email at checkout) you will receive a text link 🔗 that will provide Cash App/ Zelle instructions on HOW TO to forward your deposit. Clients have 20 minutes to send the deposit. After 20 minutes the appointment will be unapproved and the appointment becomes available again. Deposits: Deposits are Non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are allowed to reschedule 24-48 hours in advance in order to reschedule. After 24 hours clients will be required to send a new deposit for a new appointment. If you are sick please contact The Luxe Lab. No calls/no shows will NOT be able to book again. Please be considerate and inform us of any changes.
